Login problems, paywall and subscription questions, in-app purchase issues, or feedback on coaching sessions — email support with the email address on your account.

Account or data deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email support@coyforgedynamics.com from the address on file. We confirm within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Billing & refunds

Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are managed by the respective stores — refunds for subscriptions are issued by Apple or Google directly. We're happy to help you locate the right link; just email us.

Security & privacy

Report a security issue or data privacy concern to support@coyforgedynamics.com. We acknowledge security reports within 1 business day.
